BootyCamp, Bend & Brunch is BACK…
Join Heather & Susan for a mindful and meditative 2-mile mandala hike. We will gather items in nature to create our mandala as a group. A mandala is an artistic design that is usually circular in form. Mandalas remind us that this life is never ending and we are all connected. Designing your own can be both inspirational and therapeutic, transforming ordinary minds into enlightened ones. In this session you will learn more about the significance of mandalas and be a part of creating our very own group design! We will thread a yoga practice into our hike in the woods and wrap up our morning together with a healthy & delicious lunch.
Come & learn all about mala prayer beads, how they work and the correct way to use them. Malas are used during meditation and can bring your practice to the next level. You will receive your own mala and learn a mantra you can practice with your mala. We will enjoy a yoga practice together as well as a 3-mile hike through Mt Airy Forest. Heather & Susan will prepare a wonderful lunch feast feast for all that we will enjoy after our hike.

Join Heather & Susan for a full morning of yoga, meditation, hiking, JOURNALING & healthy food. You will learn Heather’s EASY tried & true AND favorite journaling method that has helped her manifest many of her life’s desires.
Heather will guide you through the journaling process, we will spend some time writing and then set your desires into motion with a gentle yoga practice & meditation.
After yoga we will hike 3-miles on the beautiful trails of Caesar’s Creek and enjoy a festive, Fall meal together to wrap up our time together.
