This Fall adventure is for trail runners & hikers and yogis of all levels.

Friday kicks off with a delicious “Welcome” dinner and yoga. On Saturday we will hit the trail for a guided 5 to 10 mile trail run or hike. 

Throughout the weekend you will learn the basics of trail running or hiking (you choose) and enjoy a day of colorful scenery, new friendships and the satisfaction of conquering some wicked trails.  You will also learn restorative stretches that will help you recover faster from your workouts so you can stay injury free, go longer and meet bigger goals. 

We will enjoy THE best pizza at Miguel's for dinner and a relaxing evening around the campfire. 

Sunday morning we will streeeeetch once again, enjoy a healthy breakfast and depart for home inspired, refreshed and rejuvenated.
