October 20th - October 21st


This Fall adventure is for beginner trail runners & hikers and yogis of all levels.  If you are more advanced, you are welcome too!  Saturday kicks off with an easy guided 10k trail run or hike.  You will learn the basics of trail running or hiking (you choose) and enjoy a day of colorful scenery, new friendships and satisfaction of conquering wicked trails.  You will learn restorative stretches that will help you recover faster from your workouts and stay injury free after the run/hike.  We will enjoy THE best pizza at Miguel's for dinner and a relaxing evening around the campfire.  Sunday morning we will streeeeetch once again, enjoy a healthy breakfast and depart for home inspired, refreshed and rejuvenated.  Are you in?!

Accommodations
